We are currently involved in several superyacht Newbuilding, Refits, Ship Repair, and Offshore Projects in the Netherlands, supporting Shipyards, Shipowners, Manufacturers, and Project Team in achieving the highest quality standards throughout the Shipbuilding Process.

Expertise Across the Shipbuilding Process

Assessment of QMS, production and inspection procedures.
Verification of compliance with applicable standards and requirements (IACS, ISO, EN, etc.).
Identification of findings, improvement areas and recommendations.

Verification of systems and building drawings according to the technical specifications, and yard standards.
Check of calculations, tolerances and weld details.
Compliance with Class and Statutory Rules compliance.

Verification of material certificates (EN 10204 3.1/3.2).
Traceability from manufacturer to installation.
Verification of heat numbers and material markings.
Compliance with specification and class requirements.

Verification of equipment and system functionality.
Ensure testing in accordance with specifications and standards.
Review of documentation and compliance.
FAT report and punch list.

Visual inspection of welding and structural fabrication (VT).
Verification of structural integration and continuity.
Compliance with approved drawings, tolerances and Class rules.

Visual inspection of the outfitting systems installation and their structural integration (welded penetrations, foundations, shell doors, hatches, inserts, etc…).
Verification of alignment, positioning, fit-up, completeness, and welding quality.
